Appointment and Recruitment was unofficially, Worked as assistance registrar for Head of Registrar of Companies, Mumbai Maharashtra State, handling and registering and approval of all Company registration from Back office of Central Govt.
To initiate and carry incorporation procedures like authenticating documents and proceedings used in registration; assuring delivery of registration and allotment details to registrar; making application for increase in share capital; overseeing delivery details of share certificates of allotment; keeping records of share warrant holders; to comply & file annual return; releasing statutory declaration to receive commencement certificate; managing statutory books; giving meeting updates and notices of general meetings to every member; signing and authenticating financial reports and statements (Balance Sheet & Profit & loss statements ) in cases of non-banking financial companies; filing resolution with registrar and preparing minutes of all General and Board Meetings within 30 days.
During internship of 15 Month at Practicing Company Secretary mentioned above has the following roles and responsibilities.
1. Prepare agendas and papers and arranging meetings for the Board of Directors, Management Committee and AGM.
2. Ensuring the compliance of the Company and the Board of Directors under companies act 1956/2013.
3. Preparing and keeping minutes of the meeting and statutary registers under companies act 1956.
4.Provide legal, financial, and/or strategic advice during and outside of meetings
5. Liaise with external regulators and advisers such as lawyers and auditors
6. Conducting and preparation of secretarial audit under SEBI and Companies act 1956.
