The Source System i.e. DMS System was migrated from 3x to 7x Database because of which we faced lot of changes at application level like data integration, transformation & report logics.
Major Qlikview dependent KPI needed to been re-aligned . During this project following Major KPI’s were realigned.
o KPI’s such SMS, Aspire, PSF, Vehicle History Report, Part Stock, Dealer migration.
o Historical and live data integration.
o Dealer rollout issue – individual to group etc.
Key Objective was to increase server performance and reduce job failures.
o CPU and RAM utilization is under control and functioning properly.(40-60% server utilization only)
o Server restart which was a very common issue has been resolved.
o Created unique ID’s for each developer for server tracking purpose.
In addition to that during this Project also provided L2 support to business stakeholders to close incidents and tasks within Stipulated timeframe of business.
