As a Principal Business Analysts , I engage day to day with multiple clients to discuss , Understand and document the business requirement.

I work with all necessary stakeholders to identify and design the solution in salesforce ecosystem to optimize the process which leads to cleaner UI , Increased productivity by eliminating redundancy in process to maximize Return on Investment.

Along with Stakeholders , I actively work with build team to manage track and help build the agreed solution into a full working software.

As an outcome of my work , I generate a detailed level Solution design documents, Process flows, high level PoC in salesforce, mockups using available tools , FRDs, BRDs, User stories , Use Cases and Standard governance documents to help client maintain the tool further.

I have worked on Multiple roles in LTIMindtree Ltd since last 8 years where I started as a Developer and moved to Teach Lead then Consultant and promoted to Principal Consultant.
