Preauthorization Team (July 2022 to Dec 2024) (2.5 years)

· Two years of experience in preauthorization portal only team. Submission of prior authorization requests to Insurance companies for medication coverage, claims from physician office/physician.

· Good understanding of checking and validating entries for patient information, doctors’ notes, Laboratory reports, case validity criteria for further process.

· To identify proper CPT, ICD-10CM according to diagnosis from patient’s clinical information.

· Good at prioritizing work to meet daily, weekly, monthly targets.

· Exposure to Medical Coding, Human Anatomy.

· Good understanding of HIPAA.

Clinical Data Support (CDS) Team (Senior Client Partner) (April 2019 to June 2022) (~3.5years)

· Assessment of clinical documents like Emergency Documents, Physician notes, Prescriptions, Lab reports, Consult & Operative notes, Radiology documents Etc.

· As Senior Client Partner is to detect, interpret and update the treatment related information from the case of patient which enable to convert physical health information into electronic medical record (EMR) under HIPAA act.

· To perform case reports including data entry into Citrix 9.1 Database. Detailing reports like patients Chief Complaints, Review of System, Medical History, Examination, Medication details adverse effects, Diagnosis Details, Lab data, Radiology Examination etc.

· Entry for cases and forwarding to QC workflow. Ensure accurate and complete data entry of reports from documents with timelines and Quality.

· Responsible for data entry of Individual case safety reports into safety database.
