- The problem statement is that the company require a solution which provides a holistic overview of HDFC’s existing client’s data and have an interactive way of communication to clients in order to maximize revenue.
- The solution is to create a web-based application (Desktop & mobile responsive) which will enable the agents to have complete overview of the existing client’s data and communicate with their clients.
- The web-based application allowed agents to view client’s history with HDFC and personal information within a couple of minutes and perform fact findings based on customer’s history to sell new policies and related products.

- The solution is to create an application hosted on Aviva website. The MLTC quote and buy journey which existing and new customers can consume to buy MyLongTermCare and MyLongTermCarePlus products
- We successfully deployed the MLTC QNB application across 4 campaigns for Aviva and Aviva’s channel partners i.e. Aviva direct customers, UOB bank and CIMB bank.
