I joined Group IT(GIT) an internal project with application of ORACLE EBS- Global Financial
Services(GFS) for domain Financials. The role is L2 support for Global support in Project to Cash team
(P2C)which included Incident tickets, Service central Task Requests, Analysis over the project and
employee data, Team ticket analysis and having datafix with database related support.As well working
with Invoicing tool - PEGA providing support for tool related L2 support.

Joined Telia account, which operates under the Nordics Business Unit. My responsibilities entail
managing the Order Management Domain, overseeing Application Maintenance tasks specifically related
to Oracle EBS.
A Telecom domain Application maintenance for orachesation of orders through the applications, integrations and interaction with clients for support over incident tickets, maitaining the orverall support throughtout the order.During my involvement in the firm within the Application Maintenance, I had a role in developing an adapter for migrating SOAP web services to RESTful web services. This
involved integrating a JAVA adapter and overseeing the deployment process. Additionally, I conducted
interface testing prior to the Go-live phase and provided post-deployment maintenance. I encountered
challenges during the deployment , I successfully overcame them with the guidance and support
provided by leadership and senior team members.
