• Installed two Solution Annealing Furnaces (CNG-fired, 4.8 MT batch capacity each) for stainless steel coils.
• Installed 30 MT Soft Annealing Furnace (electric) for martensites grade processing.
• Commissioned entire setup from civil foundation to operational stabilization.
• Installed a 5000 MT/month pickling plant for SS coils and TMT Rebar across multiple grades.
• Handled utilities, equipment selection, erection, commissioning, and vendor coordination.

• Oversaw erection of CNG furnaces, compressors, and cranes.
• Supervised erection and alignment of Wire Drawing Machines, Annealing Furnaces, Nail Making Machines, etc.
• Worked with foreign consultants (e.g., Korean teams) for machine commissioning and testing.

• Leading overall operations in the wire division including production, maintenance, QC, and technical procurement.
