Role: Java Developer

Responsibilities: Working on AMS for IAG for two geographies, which consist of Australia and New Zealand. The project included below scope of work.

• Enhancing and developing the client application according to the requirements
• Managing Incidents, RITMs, JIRAs and Change requests on ticketing tool
• Provided technical expertise throughout all phases of the project, ensuring accurate execution of designs and specifications
• Creating weekly and monthly reports which contains record of work done and future scopes
• Working on Incidents with SLA and updating the status of it on the ticketing tool
• Handling calls with users to gain better understanding of issue and resolving the same when team lead was not available
• Discussions on changes requested by business team, users, and the business influence of the same, consulting them with better and efficient alternatives
• Creating dashboards to monitor the application health
