• Responsible for Design & Development of NVH Engine Mount Components, Chassis suspension system parts like Bump stopper, Top mount, Control Arm bushes, TVD.

• Responsible in CFT for APQP, PPAP activity
• Technical review with supplier, Supplier evaluation
• Conducting technical discussions for NVH & performance level with customer

• Delivery of Maruti YED EMS (2 Hydro mount and 1TRR) in 12Week for mule build, received appreciation from customer as well as top management as team lead.

Key Responsibilities:

• Understanding RFQ and providing best design solution from concept level for Engine mounts, Suspension bushes and TVD in terms of quality, cost, weight and performance and Creation of Technical presentation to support during customer RFQ answer.
• Leading team of CAD and CAE and coordinating with customer to bridge gap between
• Conducting feasibility study for new projects & deciding product assumptions for Design & Development of NVH Engine Mount and suspension Components of passenger, commercial as well as railway suspension bushes
• Responsible in design release and BOM management
• Supporting in activity of EN curve generation for rubber compound
• Supporting in Creating library of Different KD/KS ratio compound
• Supporting and coordinating with CAE team for determining stress analysis of mounting brackets in service loads, shock loads and torque load cases
• Supporting and coordinating with CAE team for FEA analysis of Rubber durability and stiffness calculation, based on different material model like Neo-Hooken, Ogden, Mooney-rivlin etc.
• Coordinating technical partner of FEV as well as internally for 16 DOF analysis and Modal analysis of engine mounting system for various load cases
• Responsible for DVP creation and validation of Engine mounts
• Co-ordinating with Vehicle level testing agencies for NVH
• Managing concept development & detailing while ensuring optimization of metal bracket using UG-Mach3 product design and Creo 4.0 software
• Developing & Testing Fix- & Prototypes Products and comparing test results with FEA results for finalization of product designs
• Making Cost effective and performance improved VAVE idea generation & it’s syndication

Achievements:

• Design of Hydro-bush for TATA Harrier Q501-Q502 to meet different Dynamic stiffness, damping @desired frequency to meet NVH requirement
• Piaggio APE-501 Vehicle level Subjective and Objective NVH validation and new Hydro-mount design and development

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and development of cost and weight effective Conventional as well as Hydro Engine mount, Roll-restrictor and suspension chassis parts like bushing and strut mount according to customer specification without compromising NVH, Durability and safety attributes.
• Dealing with customer like Mahindra and Renault-Nissan (2ASDU), Maruti, TENNECO, GABRIEL during design and development stage of AVS parts (from mule build till mass production hand-over.)
• Analysis of stress, stiffness and modal frequency for metal BRACKET parts on CATIA V5 (Predictive & Comparative).
• Analysis of stiffness for RUBBER parts on CATIA V5 (Predictive & Comparative).
• Understanding FEA outcome and making necessary design changes to meet multiple objectives like NVH, Durability, weight, cost within specified timeline.
• Creation of co-relation i.e., ACTUAL TO CAE relation for benchmark part as well as for new product development.

Achievements:

• For projects like Mahindra S106, RENAULT CMFA+BR-10 RBC, CMFA+HR-10 HBC/PY1B Weight and Timeline target achieved for Engine mount, body bracket, Roll restrictor or Lower torque rod ,gear box bracket and engine bracket to get business for organization. Received appreciation from manager for the achievement.
• Responsible for Design & development of Trailing arm bush (MARUTI YRA), Control arm bush, Rear Suspension for W601 MAHINDRA AND MAHINDRA.
• Worked on projects like Ashok Leyland CV-H6, Tata Commercial vehicle, Maruti Y1K, Y0M, YG8 Mahindra W601 during RFQ stage (WON W601 PROJECT against global leader of NVH PRODUCTS.) i.e. XUV700
• First-time right-on bench for project like CMFA+HR-10 EMS.

• Drawing creation of engine mounts and active side brackets and drawing release
• Fixture design for powertrain mounts static and dynamic testing and other validation test fixtures
• Witness rubber molding trial and engine mount assembly process
• Creation of technical RFQ sheet and PROCESS FLOW for marketing as well as industrialization department.
