As part of Mavenir's COD Team, I delivered VoLTE/VoWiFi/Roaming solutions to Vi in India. Currently, I work with DTAG-Germany, TMO-USA, and Telekom Romania as a solution delivery architect.

Key areas of work include:

• Infrastructure Solutions: OpenStack, OpenShift, Kubernetes, and MWP-based infrastructure with Mellanox/Intel NICs for high-bandwidth, low-latency, and hardware-accelerated communication.
• IoT Solutions: Virtualized IMS network services for VoLTE and SMS for Telematics Control Units in BMW and Volvo cars across Germany, Austria, and the US.
• Deployment Solutions: Continuous Delivery solutions (CI/CD) for network functions, using GitOps and cloud-native principles to automate deployments, upgrades, and configurations.
• Expansion Solutions: Conducted capacity planning, vBOM verification, and hardware calculations. Led deployments, integrations, and migration strategy discussions with focus on customer deadlines and clean handovers.
• Collaborate with SA/SE and the Customer Solutions Team to finalize design solutions and review call flows until sign-off. Set up customer labs for delivery solutions on K8s, OpenStack, and MWP. Possess expertise in network components, IP addressing, routing, and Linux OS. Provide support to ST and OPS teams during in-house and iATP.
• Troubleshoot issues on respective releases. Strong communication skills in technical discussions with global customers.

I worked as a consultant on IMS/VoLTE solutions for telecom vendors like Nokia, Mavenir, and Radisys, supporting deployments for Reliance Jio and Bharti Airtel. This experience provided me with expertise in complex technical solution planning, cloud deployment, and end-to-end solution delivery.

Consultant with Mavenir:

• Led testing, ATP, and network expansion for Reliance Jio's C7000 platform in the TN circle.
• Managed functional test cases, integration with third-party nodes, and RFM testing readiness.
• Ensured sign-off from RJIL and verified lab testing results.

Consultant with Nokia:

• Led VoLTE roaming integration and deployment over OpenStack cloud for Airtel.
• Managed PAN-India integration and end-to-end third-party node integration.
• Conducted testing and led roaming validation for CFX, SBC, and TAS configurations.

At Reliance Jio, I specialized in data analysis and optimization of IMS-VoLTE/VoWiFi core network performance. As part of the core team in Navi Mumbai, I collaborated with Senior Managers and Technical Deputy CTOs across PAN-India locations.

• Analyzed traffic data to develop a performance platform focused on KPIs like CSSR and RSR using MyCOM.
• Optimized the network through call flow changes and parameter adjustments.
• Conducted capacity planning and identified critical thresholds.
• Proposed solutions to identified issues and supported graduate engineers with complex call flow analysis.
• Addressed high-priority issues and suggested solutions to senior management.

At Mavenir, I worked on Volte/IMS solutions during the early stages of Reliance Jio's deployment, gaining technical expertise and collaborating with industry experts. I later joined Mavenir's Global Project/Network Planning Team, working with European telecom operators on-site.

Key contributions:

• Deployed UAG/SBC solution across PAN-India locations.
• Led the integration of MBSS (Minimum Baseline Security Standards) for UAGs.
• Installed and configured 6wind packages on RHEL Linux hardware as Session Border Controllers for IMS networks.
• Prepared DB configurations and trans-routing for various VoIP and IMS applications.
• Conducted sanity and pre-ATP testing post-deployment.
• Tested R&D patches on test nodes and rolled them out across PAN-India.
• Raised bugs with R&D during regression testing and coordinated with the core team for client requirements.
• Provided support during events and handled third-party integrations for NTP, SNMP, DNS, DRA, and NOC.
• Analyzed TCP dumps to resolve VoLTE voice/video call issues.

At MobME, a tech conglomerate founded in 2006, I gained experience in a startup environment focused on innovation and creative problem-solving. Key responsibilities included:

• Deployed and integrated SMSC, USSD, OBD, and IVR servers on Linux for clients like Vodafone, Aircel, Bharti Airtel, and Zantel-Tanzania.
• Performed health checks on applications, servers, networks, and signaling links.
• Analyzed MSC/MTP link alarms, SS7 signaling, server loads, and circuit statuses.
• Supported service outage investigations and ensured planned outages during maintenance.
• Conducted TCP dump analysis using Wireshark/Tshark to resolve SMS/call issues.
• Installed and configured Asterisk-based PBX servers and integrated various drivers for E1/PRI lines.
• Configured and troubleshot IPsec VPNs on Cisco routers with firewall policies.

Coordinated with VAS vendors like Comviva, TeleDNA, Smarttrust, and G&D. Administered Solaris and Linux systems at MTNL, handling monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintenance. Key tasks included:

• Configured RSH, SSH, hostname, DNS, TCP/IP, crontab, banners, and FTP in Linux/Solaris.
• Managed installation, security, and maintenance of Apache and MySQL 4.x on Linux systems.
• Conducted daily health checks for VAS/EIR/SMSC elements.
• Managed networks at MTNL’s Fountain and BKC sites, including VLAN creation, L3 interfaces, routing, HSRP, and port monitoring.
• Deployed VAS elements during MTNL expansion and secured hardware AT certificates.
