  • Responsible for the Setup of the Global Capability center in India wherein I am essentially involved in scoping of each role, structuralise and overall monitoring of the transition.
  • Responsible for the Global ANT Reporting (which tracks Global cost saving initiatives) to the Leadership team (Global Project reporting for Integrated Supply chain)

  • Responsible and have to review the Bank Reconciliation Statement for different business
  • Review the Treasury clearing process for all the business as well so that there is no old case stays pending

  • Monthly review of the Related Party transactions for all locations so that accurate numbers go to the Board
  • Contact for the internal and External auditors for the Energy Business (around 12 Audits in a year including CARO requirements)
  • Responsible for the preparation of the quarterly made compliance certificate which has to be signed by the CFO’s of different business.
