Currently we are working on Dayforce.
While working on the tickets, firstly we do research/investigate and finding the root cause analysis of the issue and we are getting the payments related to incoming wire payments, payroll deduction, 780 miscellaneous, tax related GL’s. and ESPP GL’s.
At the initial phase of the project, I processed the bulk Journal entries to reduce the pending line items of the GL.
Working on void Checks employee’s and processing the JE for void checks.
Also processing the W2C JE’s and creating the W2C template for previous year overpaid employees to Adjust his/her taxes.
Working on raising the Tax Accumulator for current year overpaid employees.
I also interacted with other teams for GL related issues and queries and if there is no Action taken Against the overpaid Amount so, I’ll send email to overpayment team to take further Action on the out of balance Amount in GL.
In recent 3 months, also working for outstanding checks for Active and withdrawn Employee’s we are doing the research and investigate the root cause.
Twice a week pulling service now report and check aging tickets more than 1 month and sending email to Both Canada and US GL team and ask them to update the pending progress note in the SR. I also interact with federal Employee’s for there issues and query through the email.
I have also given training to new joiners and i have worked with Canada GL team to process the T4 journal entries to reduce the volume.
Now I’m leading the US GL team
❖ I have worked on workday version 33. It is a cloud-based cost-effective tool.
❖ Worked on Tickets and activities of employee related to leaves, regular pay, and deduction, reissues and queries.
❖ Receiving the Tickets through HRX for retro, State Tax, 401k Loan, on-demand, On-Cycle EIB, Special On-Demand, Kronos load. Etc.
❖ Handling Escalations and working on on-cycle, Off Cycle Complete and Settlement, Pre-Confirm and Post Payroll all Activities.
❖ We worked on Weekly and Bi-Weekly pay group.
❖ Working on End-to-End activity till Settlement done and process the on-demand cheques.
❖ We release the ACH on daily basis after Settlement.
❖ Worked on Weekly and Bi-weekly delta reports and Audit reports.
❖ Providing Valuation to the New Plan Manager on behalf of client.
❖ Transfer Investment from one product to another product, also work in different teams work type.
❖ Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Aegon process and Systems.
❖ Provided proper training of system and process to team members and help create backups foreach resource within the team.
❖ Meet the SLA’s (Service level Agreement) production and quality the targets which are set by the organization and validation of SLA file on regular basis.
❖ Resolve the query and provided support to client as when required and successfully migrated robotics related work and asset in work and Anti-money laundering checks of clients by Experian checks, Verifying Documents.
