Global onboarding orchestration Unify Rules / Global New Account (American Express) :-
This project at American Express is based on a credit application processing system that automates the end-to-end lifecycle of customer applications. The workflow includes application capture, followed by fraud checks, duplicate checks, and internal AMEX validations. Applications then proceed through bureau checks, income verification, and missing information handling.
If any required data is incomplete, the application is routed to the appropriate workbasket, and automated notifications are sent to customers. If the customer does not respond within the defined SLA period, the application is automatically cancelled or declined. For compliant applications, a global sanction screening is conducted. Final decisions approval, cancellation, or decline are driven by robust business rule logic to ensure compliance and operational efficiency.
