- Worked in all four core Departments: Front Office, House Keeping, Food production, and food and Beverage Service.
- Front Office: Updated guest profiles in the Opera system, processed departure C-Forms, and personally assisted them to their rooms, handled guest luggage.
- Housekeeping: Organized maid carts, prepared rooms to meet hotel standards, and ensured guest requests were met professionally.
- Food Production: Worked in India Jones kitchen, mainly the part of hot buffet, done Mise-en-place.
- Food & Beverage Service: Took breakfast orders, set up lunch side counters, assisted with mise-en-place for the bar, and provided service support at India Jones outlet to maintain smooth dining operations, was also a tea coffee runner.
