Leading a Residential Projects as Tower In Charge comprising of 1 High Rise Tower of 67 storeys having an area of 13.3 lacs sq.ft. and Non-Tower Area of 6.5 lacs sq.ft. called as ‘REJUVE 360’ at Mulund (W), Mumbai.

Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Co-ordination with Architect, Structural Consultant & Design Department for Review and inputs considering construction and end user point of view
• Project Execution through resource monitoring, co-ordination with various contractors to maintain the project progress as per schedule plan
• Value Engineering to improve existing process, optimization of cost & challenging status quo
• Certification of Estimates, BOQ and Project Billing & Closure
• Periodic presentation to Management for the project status, cost, completion & constraints
• Quality Control System and SOP - Monitoring and ensuring implementation at site
• Formwork system shell plan finalization & installation including MEP & Finishing aspects
• Training & Development of subordinates to enhance their existing skills in terms of technical & personal development

Managed a Residential Redevelopment Township Project of 53 acres called “SAROVA” at Kandivali (E), Mumbai

• Oversaw construction of Sale Tower 'ALPINE' GF+5 Podium + 57 Floors.

• Managed construction activities for Sale Tower 'SIENNA' GF+5 Podium + 17 Floors.

• Involved in cost estimation and project management.

Worked on the DB Ozone residential project.

• Worked on residential projects comprising of 5 blocks with 2 basement and podium.
• Collaborated closely with clients and consultants for project delivery.

Involved in multiple residential and commercial projects.

• Assisted in various projects including a rolling mill and residential complexes.

• Supported project managers in execution and reporting.

Worked on the Shrushti Complex project.

• Involved in the construction of Shrushti Complex residential project.

• Gained foundational skills in engineering project processes.
