Currently leading multiple strategic projects, including:

• A Grayfield project for the setup of a state-of-the-art HFIW Mill with “FFX-Flexible Forming” technology, catering to a pipe size range of 6"–20".
• A Greenfield project in Jabalpur for the establishment of an HSAW welded pipe plant (size range: 18"–128"), involving the dismantling, international shipment, overhauling, and capacity enhancement of a pre-owned plant sourced from Laksana, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
• A Greenfield project for the installation of a PU coating pipe plant at the Jabalpur facility, supporting expanded operational capability and product range.
• Led cross-functional project teams to successfully enhance plant capacity from 80”x25mm to 100”x25mm for the existing HSAW & Pipe Coating Plant.

Led a team to design and implement process improvement programs across H-SAW, L-SAW, and Coating Pipe plants to enhance overall production capacity. Responsibilities included identifying bottlenecks in equipment and systems, collecting and analyzing operational data, conducting root cause analysis, and planning and executing corrective actions.

Key Initiatives:

• Reduced cycle time of LSAW expander
• Minimized cycle time of JCO forming press
• Improved blasting efficiency in the coating plant
• Reduced material handling time for Plate UT inspection

• Directs the maintenance programs and processes of the assigned plant to ensure timely and effective production.
• Coordinates with other management staff to ensure efficiency in preventative maintenance and new equipment installation.
• Oversees facilities design and inspection, equipment repair and installation.
• Implement the cost saving measures in the maintenance function.
• Key Deliverables: Serving as Section Head for Pipe Coating Division and managing the staff, processes & activities for maintaining all plant machinery, equipment and other physical assets to ensure safe, continual and efficient operations.

• Estimated project budget & ensured project completion within stipulated limit.
• Generated various project reports for scheduling, reporting and monitoring each step to ensure timely completion of project.

• Managed the consumption of critical & regular items and controlled inventory by monitoring the consumption rate of material and accordingly maintained stock in hand.
• Generated the common critical costly item list with other plants to minimize inventory and cost.
