• Handling overall Tool Room activities including machine shop and mould Tool Assembly.
• Responsible for the assigned mould from the design to Handover.
• New project development.
• Executing mould manufacturing process and planning.
• Planning the assembly of moulds, press tools and trials.
• Verifying inspection reports review sheets.
• Carrying modification & rectification in the mould after mould testing.

• Maintaining and recording MTTR and MTBF for Critical High Running Moulds.
