Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – Preventive and Breakdown Maintenance, Specialized in CNC Machines, Sheet Metal Machinery, Compressors, DG Sets, and Utility Equipment.

  • Shearing Machine – GS-3106 (Hindustan Hydraulics): Performed breakdown maintenance of sheet-holding clamps.
    Recharged hydraulic accumulators to maintain proper working pressure and machine speed.
  • Press Brake Machines EP-1030 (Prima Power): Conducted ramp calibration of Y1, Y2, and gauge axis X1, and X2 axes. Performed bending, punch, and die alignment.
    ESH 150 & ESH 25 (Hindustan Hydraulics): Replaced timing belts on back gauge servo motors, calibrated X1 and X2 axes, and performed crowning bed repair and maintenance.
  • CNC 2D Laser Cutting Machines: 2KW (Songu Laser): Diagnosed and resolved pallet movement issues (chain tension, bed coupling, sensor failures).
    Performed laser head calibration, nozzle and lens cleaning/replacement, and air line PU connector replacement.
    Replaced slag protection panels, air pipes, dust windows, and X-axis servo drive.
    Troubleshot chiller trips, refilled DM water, cleaned exhaust fans, and replaced laser monitors and cables (DVI, VGA).
    3KW (Yawei Laser): Resolved air leakage from laser head PU connectors, fixed nozzle jams, and addressed chiller trip faults.
  • Turret Punch Machines: PEGA-367 (AMADA): Replaced servo motor cooling fan, hydraulic oil, PU air pipe, air filter, emergency stop button, and FRL filter. Repaired turret-stuck problems.
    PS-1225 (Prima Power): Maintained and overhauled the scrap conveyor system, replaced sensors, and aligned the turret and index pins.
    Replaced radiator coolant, repaired proxy sensor wiring, and performed clamp holder and gauge ball screw maintenance.
  • Rivet Machine – Manual and Automatic (OM Jagdamb, 2 mm and 3 mm). Repaired and overhauled riveting guns.
    Aligned rivet nails with an auto feeder system to ensure proper operation.
  • DG Sets – 160 KVA and 30 KVA (Kirloskar). Replaced MCCB, batteries, and chargers.
    Resolved fuel pump air lock issues, replaced air filters, and performed engine oil and coolant replacement.
  • Air Screw Compressors – 8 & 15 Bar (Kaeser Compressors): Replaced oil filters, topped up cooling oil, and maintained the inter-cooler system.
    Solved controller hanging issues, performed air filter cleaning and replacement, and checked moisture traps regularly.
  • Band Saw – MSD-1HS (MSD Engineering Works): Replaced cutting blades, repaired the blade guide system, changed cutting oil, cleaned the oil filters, and repaired the hydraulic cylinders.
  • Tapping Machine – 12900TR (Axion Mitsubishi): Replaced the gas spring in the flexible arm and ensured a smooth tapping operation.
