• Creating supervisory organizations, creating sub-ordinates, assign superior, creating locations, creating cost center and cost center hierarchy.
• Good understanding in staffing models, creating positions and setting up hiring restrictions in job management and position management.
• Creating job profiles, job families and job family groups.
• Sound knowledge in setting up eligibility criteria, compensation components like compensation grade, grade profiles, salary plan, allowances, compensation package.
• Knowledge on standard, advanced, custom reports.
• Configuration and management of user-based security group and role-based security group.
• Created supervisory organizations, cost centers, cost center hierarchies, and location hierarchies and modification of Workday Business Processes and definitions.

• Hands on experience in recruitment process from job analysis, sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, selection and onboarding.
• Conducted phone interviews to assess applicants relevant knowledge, skills, experience and aptitudes.
• Used Boolean searches to develop applicant portfolios for expected openings.
• Utilized various online and offline sources to find talented technical candidates and prepare for screening process.
• Collaborated closely with hiring managers to understand technical requirements and align talent acquisition strategies accordingly.
• Coordinated interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring the smooth selection process from start to finish.
• Developed strong rapport with candidates, providing support during interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding process.
