Job Profile:

• Tracking Consumer (Personal Care, Spices, Foods & Beverages), Healthcare (Medical Devices, Diagnostics) and BPO sectors.
• Job involves activities in relation to entire Investment Banking lifecycle chain, initiating via BD till the deal closure:

• BD: Setting up calls with promoters to understand their business and to understand their mindset and identifying the opportunity.

• Follow up calls with promoters, multiple round of discussions and entering into a mandate.

• Deal execution: Supporting end to end deal execution with my partner.

• End to end deal execution in a front office role for M&A transactions across industries inter alia, TMT, Healthcare, Pharmaceutical & Life sciences
• Handling of assignments directly with transaction lead in a two- person team and providing support for due diligence, transaction structuring, definitive agreements, closing deliverables and company executives.
