Advanced Clinical Skills (Cardiac Nursing)

• Specialized Cardiac Knowledge
  Proficiency in managing acute coronary syndromes, heart failure, arrhythmias, post-MI care, and pre/post-op cardiac surgery care.
  Interpretation of ECGs, hemodynamic monitoring, and familiarity with cardiac pharmacology.
• Advanced Life Support
  Certified in ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support) and often involved in rapid response or code blue teams.
• Device Management
  Care and monitoring of patients with all Advance Cardiac device(IABP, BIVAD, PACEMAKER, ECHMO)
• Telemetry Monitoring
  High-level competence in identifying arrhythmias and initiating appropriate interventions.

  Acts as a shift leader or charge nurse, overseeing other nursing staff and ensuring safe patient-to-nurse ratios.
• Staff Development and Mentorship
  Leads by example in maintaining clinical excellence and compassionate care.

  Ensures timely communication of critical patient data and facilitates multidisciplinary rounds.
• Quality and Safety Oversight
  Participates in audits, risk assessments, and implementation of quality improvement initiatives.

  Manages team conflicts with professionalism and supports a positive work environment.
