- Reconcile cash and positions received on a daily and monthly basis respectively for Bank debts, Forward Fx, Spot Fx, etc.
- Prepare and analyze monthly/quarterly Net Asset Value (NAV) for complex Private Equity and Hedge funds. Prepare, analyze and issue Profit and loss (PnL) and Trial Balance statements for Private Equity and Hedge funds. Calculate investor IRR and Waterfall model in cascade.
- Calculate and analyze investor allocations, incentive and management fees.
- Calculate capital call and distribution allocations upon client directives; assist in generation of these notices to investors; monitor cash contributions or withdrawals as necessary. Manage data flow, payments and investment funding Perform Income and Expense Accruals.
- Assist in preparation of unaudited quarterly financial statements in accordance with GAAP that includes trial balance, balance sheet, income statement and cash flow.
- Generates quarterly partner capital statements to show allocation of invested dollars in private equity fund across all partners in accordance with terms of partnership agreements.
- Assembles and completes quarterly and annual audit confirmations for various partners involved in private equity funds.
- Provide support and answer questions to external auditors in connection with interim and year end audits.
