  • Market/Brand Research: Responsible for research and initial communications with the CXO’s of the brands and setting up connects or in-person meetings with them to drive the discussion forward. Responsible for competition mapping/ tracking market trends and industry benchmarks.
  • Product Understanding: Help understand our solutions and key value additions to their current operating model by setting up a demonstration and presentation for their entire team.
  • Internal Stakeholder Communications: Work with the product or the finance team to deliver best possible resolution basis the client’s requirements in terms of any custom functionality or commercials thereby addressing to the brand’s key pain points and solving them.

  • Brand Acquisition: Help defining the seller base and industry verticals across 400+ categories for various Amazon services. Identify valuable sellers and selection for Amazon services. Own and manage integration of portfolio of sellers and help them become self-reliant through basic training.
  • Performance Tracking: Track and monitor performance and sales of key partners to manage their portfolio and promote growth. Enable and track promotional activities i.e. Sponsored Products/ Sponsored Brands campaigns along with coupons and deals configurations on the marketplace to boost sales and visibility.
  • Stakeholder Management: Co-ordinate with internal and external stakeholders for sanctioning approvals for trademarked brand name and category approvals in the case Private Labels in sensitive GLs like Consumables and/or Health and Personal Care. Manage brand marketing activities on the marketplace by working with client teams and internal marketing teams by taking budget approvals from client and building strategies surrounding the brand awareness and developing brand stores.
  • Operations: Assist the brand’s legal/CA team for various processes like APOB and help activate "Prime" for brands. Onboarding on Amazon programs like IXD or MSF basis the brand’s requirements to boost visibility and Buybox percentage.
