• Contributed to DEI initiatives aimed at enhancing diversity representation and building an inclusive culture — developing talent, shifting mindsets, and fostering openness in leadership.

• HR Business Partner of a corporate function with an employee span of 1800+ handling end to end employee life cycle from induction to exit to ensure operational excellence.
• Deployment of HR processes and system including structuring and handling compensation and benefits packages, role change & IJP exercises, performance management, talent criticality system, team & employee collaboration initiatives, rewards & recognition, aspiration management systems ensuring staff wellness, and ensuring compliance regulations.
