· Closed a large engagement with a leading international service provider in the oil and gas production and processing Industry within 6 months of Joining IBM

· Shaped, Led and closed a multi-year Infrastructure Outsourcing Engagement with the largest bank in Singapore who has set up a base in India.

· Engaged on a large Banking Deal for UK’s largest Bank and was the APJ lead on this deal (Value + 100Mn)

- Created a significant deal pipeline running into several millions especially in applications support

- Started and set up a full-fledged Outsourcing practice comprising of a large team in the areas of Sales, Pre-Sales, Financial & Research Analysts, Architects etc in a span of 45 days with clear GTM strategy

- 1stlarge Outsourcing Deal won within 4 months of start up

- Closed 3 medium to large multi-year Outsourcing deal within a year with TCV’s ranging from $4Mn to $14Mn

- Handed over a large qualified pipeline running into several Millions, comprising of marquee industry names in various domains

December 2005 to May 2007: Head of MRDT [Manufacturing, Retail, Distribution & Transportation Vertical] - (ANZ) – Sydney, Australia

Most Important Accomplishments:

- Played ‘the key role’ in TCS winning the largest outsourcing contract (~ US$ 100Mn) awarded to an Indian Outsourcing company in Australia till date, which incidentally is also the largest deal every struck by TCS in Asia Pacific (APAC) to date

- Ran the largest Vertical with revenues more than 60% of TCS’ overall Revenues in the region

- 58% Y-O-Y growth in the 1st year on a larger base

- Sourced, managed and grew other A/c’s running into several millions in retail and banking verticals

- Led the largest ever outsourcing deal in NZ

- Personally, added half a dozen new customers all of which are Top 100 companies in Australia

- Highest Individual Revenue earning Salesmen in APAC region

September 2003 to November 2005: Country Manager (ANZ) - Sydney, Australia.

- Increased Revenue by 150% in first year since taking over the ANZ operations
