To provide compliance support to customers for their projects and compliance certifications to customer based on collected documents from suppliers Component Material declaration and validation of component to find presence of any SVHCs

• Regulatory compliance check against RoHS, WEEE, REACH, PROP-65, Conflict minerals etc., and various other environmental regulations, hazardous & toxic materials
• Data collection in IPC forms and to analyze various technical documents like test reports, MSDS, supplier declarations
• Reviewing SGS test reports for ROHS, REACH and HALOGEN
• Supporting Zhuhai, Shenzhen & other sites
• And actively presenting site calls with proper presentations
• Handling BOM CHECK, PFAS Declarations
• To provide compliance support to customers for their projects and compliance certifications to customer based on collected documents from suppliers
• To work with suppliers and collect environmental compliance data for the products building in plant and reporting progress & compliance to sites
• Generate IPC files using data from the material declarations
• Create/Review material content reports at homogenous level which includes, complete chemical composition of materials with the respective CAS numbers
• Contact manufacturers through e-mail/phone to get the Material content declaration/IPC/RoHS-REACH Compliance/Conflict Minerals certificates
• Extract and analyze compliance status report & material content report from Assent Automation for various regulations such as RoHS and REACH, China ROHS, Prop 65 etc
• BOM validation, Part alternates validation, Approved Vendor List (AVL)
• Handling PO blockage request and support site/customer on urgent basis to avoid line stoppage
• Following up with suppliers via email and calls on regular basis and get data for PO clearance
• Ability to Identify Alternate Components which are functional or replacement for Obsolete and End of Life Components
• Evaluate supplier IMDS as per OEM standards
• Creating IMDS part tree for major automotive end assemblies
• To collaborate with suppliers and collect environmental compliance data for products building in plant and reporting progress & compliance to sites.
