Project 2: - Business Analyst

Profile Objective:

· Collaborated with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze functional & non-functional requirements for the Faster Payment Scheme (FPS)

· Ensured alignment with regulatory frameworks including Pay.UK scheme rules to maintain compliance in payment operations.

· Authored and managed Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), user stories, and acceptance criteria to support Agile delivery processes.

· Conducted impact analysis and created process maps to identify business improvements and inform payment system enhancements.

· Led User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test case design, execution, and defect triage to validate system behavior.

· Managed stakeholder communication across product, technology and vendor teams to align project goals and ensure timely delivery.
