Worked on Implementation of project, Streamlining the operation process with categorization of data, normalization of vendors using Spend Analysis tool. Monthly Refresh and Quarterly Maintenance process is taken care. Also involved in Machine learning and providing algorithm to them, working on different rules creations, different models for training and so on.
• CONTRACT ANALYSIS: Worked on Contract analysis part for 3 clients. Working on different intents, entities training them then contract analysis tool, worked on manual extraction on these intents as well. worked closely with higher management for finding different techniques to work on contract analysis part like understanding the business requirements thoroughly, Understanding various scenarios in contracting and pricing terms, anticipating next steps and taking decisions accordingly.
• Also worked with complete procurement insight tool which includes visualization along with spend and contract analysis with effective client communication and understanding.

• Working Closely with Spend data of clients, Analyzing it, worked on finding opportunities finding techniques for saving strategies. Closely worked on Zycus Internal tool on Spend analysis and contract management part
• Classification of data based on UNSPSC taxonomy, building in custom taxonomy, working on different change requests, building in different methods on Categorization of data which gives them overall picture of spend and categories
• Worked on automation of process like refresh and maintenance by giving different requirements and logic to ETL team for one click process
