• Leading a Journey Pod as Product Manager and Scrum Master for end-to-end Agentic AI Voice journeys; defining functionality, creating BRDs, identifying and optimizing APIs for integration, and ensuring delivery by managing developers, QA, and design teams while aligning goals with business objectives.
• Spearheading the setup of an AI-driven contact center on Azure Cloud, establishing secure MPLS and IPSec connectivity with the bank and ensuring full regulatory and InfoSec compliance.
• Driving pod-level governance by maintaining Jira tracking, collaborating with developers on prompt engineering, conducting prompt and functionality reviews, and delivering high-quality Agentic AI journeys to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Part of the core project team managing end-to-end migration across critical banking systems (Finacle, Cards, Loans, UPI, Wealth, etc.), ensuring SOP adherence, governance, robust testing, and weekly progress updates to CIOs and CXOs.
• Led migration audits in coordination with third-party auditors to validate data integrity and ensure compliance with internal controls, bank policies, and RBI guidelines.
• Designed and executed a Hypercare model with daily governance to identify and resolve mass issues, address customer complaints, and ensure seamless business continuity.
• Collaborated with consultants across five streams (Finance, Testing, Mobile Banking, Cloud, and AMS) to optimize costs, enhance application resilience, automate workflows, reduce ticket volumes, and strengthen Agile delivery through improved testing and data-driven governance.

• Led end-to-end delivery of remittance and cross-border payment products for top Indian and global banks, ensuring on-time implementation within defined scope, budget, and regulatory compliance.
• Managed cross-functional teams of 20-25 members, driving 95% on-time delivery through Agile and Scrum practices with real-time communication and sprint governance.
• Translated complex client requirements into product features by preparing BRDs, refining functional documents, creating Jira stories, and reviewing test cases.
