Work Experience-

Ø To Run MPS/MRP cycle for extracting demand and work out to load commitment in SAP.

Ø Reviewing of 18 months Forecast generated in SAP and finalizes commitment against requirement in coordination with; Purchase, Production, QC, QA, PKD,TT team for next 6 months to 18 months basis.

Ø Planning considering Manufacturing / Packing capacities, DOH (Days on hand), Product Launch priorities and market urgencies.

Ø To lead daily morning meeting for plan versus actuals with all cross functional teams and high lighting priorities.

Ø To work out on shortages report on RM/PM in SAP & to take deliveries from purchase dept. on timely.

Ø To observe and monitor deviations in Sales Projections v/s Actual Sales for running Month.

Ø Procurement of RM/PM in accordance with purchase team based on lead times and maintaining materials.

Ø Attending S& OP meeting with customers.

Ø Communication with all customers US, Europe & other market team for the progress of plan and updates on finished products purchase orders .

Ø Maintaining details for production progress, delays and dispatches every month.

Ø Presentation of MIS report in monthly meeting.

Ø To maintain material masters for RM, PM, SFG & FG to obtain exact flow in SAP.

Ø To create sales orders in SAP for dispatch & for record of purchase orders.

Ø Providing of Plan orders for MFG & PKG plans.

Ø To work out for campaign sizing of products.

Ø To work out for RMPM and ware house norms as well as work out on non-Moving materials on monthly basis & take action on it.

Ø To trouble shoot SAP related issues from production, planning and Sales related for commercial Dept.

Ø To schedule monthly, weekly production plans per machine & material availability, to schedule plan as per packing line balancing.

Ø To follow up with licensing department for Mfg. license of new product, import & export license for psychotropic products.

Ø Handling of QMS documents ie.SOP Preparation, change controls, deviations.

Ø Software handled DMS (Document management system), EQMS (Electronic management system), and SAP.

Ø Actively participate in implementation of SAP software, brief knowledge about SAP materials masters, SAP Vendor masters , BOMS & Recipes updation and problem solving ability

Ø To update & prepare new documents for production i.e BMR, create plan orders & process orders for execution of production plan.

Ø To make production plan on weekly basis, to maintain WIP Status on daily basis.

Ø To handled type of documents change controls, CAPA, Deviations, qualifications for machine installations.

Ø Worked in granulation area .

Ø Maintenance of SOPs in the Department.

Ø Dispensing and manufacturing

Ø To supervise the process of Granulatoion area.

Ø To take change overs (batch / product).

Ø Documentation and manpower handling.
