• Design 4 different frameworks for various payment products including Card, RTP – UPI/IMPS/AEPS, Batch –Fastag/CTS and BBPS
• Assisted Project Managers in developing and maintaining project schedules and project plans resulting in timely completion of projects
• Monitored industry trends and competitor activities, making strategic recommendations based on findings.

Project: Design and setting up of Command Center its execution and Management for India's Largest Commodity Exchange

• Gathered and analyzed business requirements, created Functional Specification Document (FSD) and Incident management this is a required part of process improvement.
• Identified potential vendors & SLAs in contracts, comprehensively grasping the scope of work for each vendor to ensure timely support and resolution. Also, monitored the vendor performance against agreed SLAs & contract terms.
• Defined key processes, protocols and escalation procedures within the framework ensuring organizational objective and operational needs.

• Working on product planning & execution activities throughout the product lifecycle
• Analyze the business requirement based on customer requirements, competitive offering, workflow analysis, and product vision
• Documented user stories, specifications, and product features into detailed work order to communicate across teams and build mandatory requirements.

• Timely resolution of merchant and customer issues pertaining to payment gateway services and analysis of the issue to determine the nature of the complaint, its cause, implications, and effects.

• Conducting the presentation for operations and digital partnership team and merchant for product briefing.
