• Review of bonus accruals calculations, reconciliations and accounting journal entries across P&L and balance sheet for all entities to comply with relevant GAAP and IFRS wherever applicable
• Prepare and present analytical review packs of P&L and balance sheet explaining underlying business drivers, perform productivity analysis, variance analysis and trend analysis
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual and ad-hoc management reporting to senior stakeholders as well as external reporting
• Developing reports and financial models for analyzing financial performance to provide actionable insights
• Enhanced operational efficiency by streamlining processes and implementing new standard operating procedures.

• To Act as Period end coordinator for European country for Record to report and FP&A Team
• Review of P&L, Balance sheet and Balance Sheet Reconciliations in Blackline as per GAAP and IFRS wherever applicable, performing financial analysis and presenting them to clients
• Involved in periodical preparation of financial statements, Intercompany reconciliations through SAP and submission of Financial Reports using Helios, Hyperion Financial Management and Power BI dashboards
• MIS Preparation, monthly rolling revenue forecasts , Financial Analysis and Planning, Budget Preparation, Variance Analysis
• Preparing monthly expenses reports and forecast reports,financial models, uploading budget numbers in system, working on smartview for retrieving data as per cubes, uploading all expenses in TM1 tool, streamlining invoicing procedures
• Assist in conducting quarterly as well as yearly audits and books closure of client

• To manage 12 member's team which is an extended team of onshore team (USA) under the guidance of Team lead
• To engage in providing assistance to engagement teams in performing audit of Consumer and Retail clients as well as Insurance clients to complete quarterly, semi- annual and year end audits
• To perform various audit test works like revenue recognition, revenue cut-off, unrecorded liabilities, etc., perform procedures over internal controls, operating effectiveness, test of controls, test of details etc, assist automation team for software migration
• To utilize customized tools in various audit areas; Clara, 4D Tool, Nuance PDF, LISA, Extend etc.

Responsibilities:

• To assemble monthly financial reporting packages and investigate variances, productivity analysis and trend analysis
• Timely report to ICICI Prudential, Singapore with Sales performance reports, Key Contributor report.
• To collaborate with team to develop efficient reporting strategies including automation of processes to support regular and ad-hoc reporting

• Preparation of Financial Statements in compliance with the AS and Regulatory Body Laws, Statutory, Internal, Tax, Stock and Bank Audits, Income Tax return, TDS return
