• Responsible for system administration and support for multiple SAP landscapes from Basis including S4HANA, BW4HANA, SolMan Treasury, GRC, BODS, SLT, S4HANA Rise landscape and Third-party interfaces/Applications.

•Worked on System start and stop for the systems running on Linux on both HANA and Oracle DB.

•Implemented addons and support packages through SPAM/SAINT.

•Involved in S4HANA Upgrade project from version 1909 FPS 05 to 2022 FPS 03.

•Performed system refresh and Kernal upgrade activities.

•Worked on EWA analysis and planning activities accordingly.

•Managed Filesystem related tasks like cleanup, extensions and archiving by collaborating with functional and hyperscalar teams.

•Managed Change and release management through Charm tool with the integration of service now. Troubleshooted the issues related to transports and transport routes.

•Client administration including Client copy, Client opening,etc.

•Worked on system parameter change and updates.

•Identified and analyzed Problems causing performance issue and fine-tuned system by doing needful.

•Provided Basis support for Spool administration, Batch job management, Locks management, Update management, Trace collection, Logs analysis, IDOCs Administration and archiving, RFC Administration, Queues management and SCOT and SOST issues for mail processing.

•Performed system dumps analysis and resolved issues with the help of ABAP and Functional team.

•Work process management by using logon groups, Operation modes, SM61.

•Identified and renewed expiring SAP and Non- SAP certificates within the SLA.

•Performed database administrative tasks like Backup monitoring, Disk extension, DB locks monitoring, Alerts monitoring and resolution. Experience of using HANA Studio.

•Worked on resolution of vulnerabilities with cyber security team.

•Documenting SOPs, Audit related data.

•Involved in OCC monitoring team with 24*7 support environment to check alerts configured through SolMan and Solarwind tool.

•Incident and Service request management with Service Now. Also prepared performance reports from the same.
