• Lead the planning , tendering, execution and machinery installation at a new plant of Hawkins Cookers Limited, A3 of area 70000Sq.Ft (a Green field project) with a valued Rs. 20 Cr at Sathariya, Jaunpur, UP in the year 2024.
• Construction of 2 factory shed of area 4000Sq.Ft and 9000Sq.Ft respectively with a budget of 1.3Cr at Hawkins Cookers Limited, A1,A2,A14,A15, Jaunpur,UP.
• Construction of 3500Ton press foundation in a strict operational area of a running plant at the cost of Rs. 34Lakhs.
• Restoration of C22 building, which is a live operational building sub structure restoration work of valued Rs. 88Lakhs in the year 2023.
• Design and construction of 3Nos 2500Ton , 2Nos 200Ton, 2Nos 150 Ton press foundation of valued 1.2 Cr in the year 2021-22.
• Construction of 150KL underground water tank of valued 34Lakhs in 2021.
• Installed Fire fighting system with fully compliance to NBC & Maharashtra Fire act of valued 64Lakhs in Hawkins Cooker Limited, Thane factory.
• Construction of a new 8000Sq.ft material storage shed at Hawkins Cookers limited, Hoshiarpur.
• Construction of Anodising building, new circuit breaker room, panel room of valued 1.8Cr in the year 2022.
• Manage the regular civil maintenance of all 3 factories of Hawkins Cookers Limited.
• Coordinated with other departments to create comprehensive plans addressing all aspects of assigned projects.

Electrical Projects :-

• Conceptualized, designed, and executed a groundbreaking solution by installing a Forced Draft Atmospheric Evaporator, achieving zero liquid discharge (ZLD) for the plant. Achieved this milestone with a strategic capital investment of just 1 lakh, a fraction of the market value that typically exceeds 50 lakhs. This innovative approach not only ensured environmental compliance but also resulted in exceptional operational cost saving of 36 lakh annually.
• Conducted an in-depth analysis of the plant's power quality, focusing on Harmonics and Power Factor, with the strategic goal of optimizing energy consumption and cost efficiency. Compiled a comprehensive report detailing findings and potential solutions, gaining management approval for the implementation of an AHF and RTPFC panel. The successful installation and fine-tuning of these solutions resulted in a remarkable increase in power factor to above 0.996 and a significant reduction in harmonics to below 3%. This strategic initiative, achieved with an investment of 30 lakhs, translated into substantial annual savings of 30 lakhs by optimizing power usage and minimizing penalties from the electricity supplier's KVAH billing
  structure.
• Implemented an advanced energy monitoring system to track realtime electrical parameters and load profiles, resulting in enhanced operational visibility and substantial energy optimization. Monitored and analyzed data trends to identify inefficiencies and developed strategies that led to a 6-8 % reduction in energy consumption within the first six months of implementation. The system's insights facilitated proactive maintenance, contributing to increased
  equipment reliability and substantial cost savings.
• Adopted new energy-efficient technologies, including BLDC fans and LED lighting systems, further optimizing power consumption across the facility. These initiatives collectively yielded substantial energy savings and contributed to environmental sustainability.
• Successfully managed the installation and commissioning of HT & LT (power upgradation from 1600KVA to 3000KVA at our Hoshiarpur Plant) with new transformer and circuit breaker panel and main electrical equipment.
• Initiated a comprehensive energy efficiency upgrade in a 24-hour operational plant by implementing cutting-edge solutions. Spearheaded the replacement of conventional Efficiency Class 1 motors with highly efficient Class-3 motors, enhancing the entire operational framework.
• Achieved 100% compliance with government regulations related to power and pollution matters avoiding penalties.

Mechanical & Machinery Projects :-

• Procured and successfully installed 8 nos of new anodising plants (Chilling plant, Rectifier, Anodising tank, Panel etc) of valued 2.8Cr in the year of 2020.
• Successfully installed 3 nos 2500Ton press, 2 Nos 200Ton press, 2 Nos 150Ton press and 1 Nos 3500Ton press at different locations of Hawkins Cookers Limited.
• Implement a new technology for buffing of small Stainless steel components, i.e a burnishing machine which improves the quality of output, increase the production & reduces the costing.
• Procured and installed 2 brazing machine of valued Rs. 60Lakhs.
• Upgraded the 5 old mechanical goods lift with hydraulic goods lift at different location of Hawkins Cookers Limited.
• Redesign the old vertical projection welding machine to a Horizontal projection welding type which increase the production with 40% and reduce the cost of manufacturing.
• Successfully introduced servo motors and drives to optimize the plant's energy consumption while maintaining continuous production.
• Successfully installed 2 underslung crane.
• Procured material handling equipment like fork lift, reach truck, stacker etc.
• Led cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within set deadlines and budgets.
• Successfully managed multiple simultaneous projects through effective time management skills and prioritization techniques.
• Developed strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment of goals and expectations.
• Established a system for tracking project milestones, enabling timely completion and accurate reporting.

Achievements - Completed the 9Km Rigid pavement in a running traffic condition with in 6 months of duration.

Civil & Structural Engineer

Project - Widening and strengthening kanjipani to kuntala road MDR-12b 0/00km to 21/00 km.

Project Value - 45.12 Cr

Client - Public Works Department, Keonjhar, Odisha

Achievements - Completed the 21Km flexible pavement road with 4 minor bridges and 38 culverts in Keonjhar, Odisha.

• Completed construction tasks while providing safe working conditions, staying on budget and meeting project deadlines.
• Completed the projects on time and within budget, despite encountering two major setbacks related to land and forest area disputes.
• Managed project deliverables for compliance with drawings and specifications.
• Identified risks and implemented mitigation strategies, minimizing potential issues during the project lifecycle.
• Design, developed and implemented a central planning system for the company, successfully replacing the manual planning systems used previously. This resulted in:
  *Reducing the planning process lead time by 2 business days.
  *Improving the delivery forecasting from 2-3 to 1 business days.
  * Reducing the required head count from 4 heads to 1 head.
  *Improving resource optimization through the 40 % of overhead costs and 25% reduction in time taken to complete the planning process
