2. FTB Tracker:

Developed a sophisticated tracker to analyze monthly new and regained customers, featuring a waterfall view to visualize retention trends over time, demonstrating proficiency in data visualization and trend analysis techniques.

Implemented advanced data modeling techniques to accurately assess customer retention metrics and identify factors influencing customer churn and acquisition.


3. Customer Management Tracker:

Spearheaded the development of a customer management tracker focusing on top 20 customers based on loyalty, showcasing expertise in customer segmentation and relationship management strategies.

Access Queries Automation: Led automation of existing Access Macros/ Excel Tasks / Manual Reports, transforming them into efficient SQL stored procedures, resulting in remarkable reduction in processing time from 13 business days to a single day with an scheduled Tasks. (Technologies Used: SQL/ C#.Net )


2. RPA Automation: Built a tool that can split the document basis the type of document using OCR (Optical Character Recognition) (Technologies Used: Python & Googles Tesseract Engine).


3. Converted Existing ASP based internal Sales Reporting Website to Power BI


4. Tool To Data Import: Tool that can automatically push data from various sources to SQL (Technologies Used: C#.net / SQL / Python)
