• Deploying inventory target for working team to execute. Inventory MIS coordination with CFT (PDCA , KPIs tree Analysis). NaP SPOC for ILCS, 9FM and IMaP.
• Review Inventory development and prognosis, Inventory optimization, Bottom up and TPT wise inventory alignment.
• Controlling various inventory elements like Interplant GIT, SIT , Customer returns etc.

• Conducting alignment meets with CFT to ensure on time material and FG deliveries, Rejection tracking and resolving stock discrepancies.
• System planning through SAP PP and MM module.
