• Playing Senior PMO lead for BP (British Petroleum) – Quantum Procurement S4HANA transformation program for Procure to Pay workstream. Responsible for planning the activities for confirm phase workshops. Responsible for risk management & stakeholder management (SVP governance).
• Played Deployment lead role for BP’s (British Petroleum) supplier invoicing digitization program in SAP across multiple geographies. This included the Ariba Network onboarding of suppliers, invoice to pay process & workflow digitization using SAP VIM functionalities & App-works. Led the ELS phase for the project to achieve the targeted business benefits & FTE releases.
• Driving the S4HANA engagement program for largest global electronics industry client for their worldwide S4HANA consolidation program. Contributed to business growth approx. revenue 1 Mn. USD.
• Driving the initiatives to transform and streamline the SAP projects delivery experience in areas such as opportunity to contract process, sales to delivery handover, project kick start, client engagement and project execution, governance and people management.
• Contributed to the proposal & project planning for S4HANA implementation for one of major Dairy business industry.

o Delivery Manager (Onsite/Offshore)for large SAP S4HANA on cloud transformation program for a Hi-Tech manufacturing client in USA a green field implementation. (Dec’2020 – Oct’2021)

o Worked with senior stakeholders from client & IT teams and contributed on SAP S4HANA release planning & strategy. Also planning the interdependencies for integration/interface and downstream applications to S4HANA.

o Identified & built the detailed project resource plan, and activities plan using MS Projects to track and monitor the progress on weekly basis with milestones.

o Leading the Data migration work stream in the project. Socializing the data migration strategy from legacy Oracle to S4 with all stakeholders for master data & transaction data. Setting up the detailed data migration project plan and driving the data migration working sessions with the teams.

o Working with team size 50+ consultants across onsite/offshore and partnering with multiple client stakeholders in US region. Working as lead for SAP MDG system set up, design & testing along with client stakeholders.

• Led production planning and scheduling activities, built master schedules and allocated resources in heat exchangers in multi-projects environment.
• Developed strategies and sequence for executing prestigious and challenging manufacturing projects for organization.
• Responsible for Material Requirements Planning (MRP), Production scheduling, Capacity planning, Delivery of projects, progress reporting to customers and cost control for the projects.
• Prepared manufacturing planning procedures and co-ordinated for materials at world class manufacturing plants/shop floors of the organization.
