Core Responsibilities with PwC India/Bangladesh/Nepal

• Planning & Vision Setting - Pivotal role to formulate and execute the strategy for PwC’s hybrid & digital Workplace transformation, delivering various types of AV/VC-enabled collab spaces and integrated workplace & Visitor management applications aligned with the organization’s objectives for sustainability. Implemented around 200 video conferencing enabled rooms over last 9 years which is contributing a direct impact to firms vision to lower down the carbon footprint & the cost to conduct the meeting/events in external premises.
• Annual Budget planning & forecasting upcoming requirements - Responsible for annual budget planning and forecasting for my span, managing a avg. budget of ₹15-18 Cr across Capex and Opex.
• Event Services - Led a dynamic team of skilled event managers to deliver seamless, high-impact event services across in-person, hybrid, and virtual formats—ensuring exceptional customer experience and operational excellence. Proactively identified and onboarded suitable event and webcast platforms to meet evolving business and audience needs. Drove testing, evaluation, and onboarding of technologies including Webex (Meetings & Webinars), Zoom, GlobalMeet, MediaSpace, and Socialive. Successfully overseen the execution of 3,500+ major and minor events since the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic.
• Tech Stack Assessment & Governance - Led the POC, certification, and onboarding of a diverse suite of tools, services, and applications across in-scope services to meet evolving business demands and the pace of today’s digital landscape. Key implementations included cloud telephony, digital signage, visitor and workplace management systems, Digital whiteboards, and canteen management platforms.
• Program Oversight - Lead and manage high-impact AV and VC projects—including live streaming studios, new build-outs, technology refreshes, product evaluations, and UX enhancements—ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards. Responsible for project planning, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and clear stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
• Team & Departmental Synergy - Led recruitment, hiring and onboarding activities, training new joiners in operational processes and conducting probationary performance reviews. Evaluated employee skills and optimized assignments to best use individual talents and knowledge
• Continuous Improvement -Developed and implemented a continuous improvement plans to ensure a high success rate, delivering an exceptional user experience and a resilient infrastructure. On prem Cisco VC infra migration to Cloud based intelligent VC infra . Brought Automation in VC & Meeting room migration by introducing OBTP. Integration of Cisco VC's built in sensors with Workplace application for Room scheduler to get the Realtime output from the sensors. Started exploring DNA spaces for better workplace visibility & Sustainability.

1. Consulted facility management on Workplace and Visitor Management tools to align with leadership’s real estate and territorial growth objectives.

2. Consulted PwC's one of the business clients on meeting room design and planning to support meeting room refreshes from poly & other OEM's to Cisco.

3. Consulted PwC facility management in implementing digital reception solutions and employee safety initiatives.

4. Directed migration of on-premises telephony to Cisco cloud telephony solutions.

5. Played a key role in 40+ real estate fit-out projects, providing technical solution and strategic input for Collab spaces.

6. Independently initiated and successfully launched new digital workplace services under my leadership.

7. Established strong relationships with key industry partners, creating mutually beneficial opportunities for growth and collaboration.
