Rpat enhancement tool
Domain: Banking
I am working as a Scrum Master on the RPAT Enhancement Tool, a banking project focused on modernising their legacy RPAT (Retirement Planning & Analysis Tool) used by financial advisors for retirement planning.
We upgraded the tool with a new UI, faster calculations, and automated workflows to support retirement planning for employees.
A key part of the project was integrating multiple external vendor retirement plans and policies into one central platform so advisors could easily compare options and guide clients.
We built APIs to pull plan details, contribution rules, vesting schedules, and compliance information from different providers.
We also added automated retirement projections, advisor dashboards, and AI-based suggestions for smarter planning.
As the Scrum Master, I facilitated all Scrum ceremonies, worked closely with SMEs and developers, removed blockers, and ensured incremental delivery. Overall, these enhancements reduced manual work by around 40% and significantly improved advisor efficiency.
