  • Design and support development activities of window regulators and door modules from RFQ stage to SOP meeting quality and project milestones.
  • Preparing glass drop kinematics and glass rotation study. Prepare helix surface and helix curve to ensure smooth guidance of glass.
  • Design first 3D concept of window regulator and door module using Catia V5 as per customer specification & door packaging.
  • Interaction with customer for modifications required on door, glass channels and seals, directed parts of door module such as speaker, latch, pressure sensor, wiring harness etc.
  • Coordination with internal teams like sales, purchase, industrial engineering, quality, electronics, tooling and testing to finalize the concept and bill of material for quotation.
  • Coordination with FEA team for virtual simulation of assembly and single parts.
