Role and Responsibilities:

1) Execute proper contracts and ensure adherence to contractual conditions.

2) Identify risks and develop risk mitigation plans.

3) Develop and maintain client relationships.

4) Ensure timely and accurate work measurements, billing, certifications and collections.

5)Ensure identification, documentation and submission of claims and variations.

6) Ensure documentation and preparation for dispute review boards and arbitration.

7) Draft contracts to get approved by manager and send them to contractors.

8) Finalize the scope of work and rates based on rate analysis.

9) Award contract to contractors.

Projects:

1) Industrial - HIL Silvassa, KG Flexx, Adani MIAL Cargo, NMIA, Bhilosa POY/FDY

2) Commercial - Mahanagar Bank, Balmer Lawrie, Bunglows, Sea side plaza

Role and Responsibilities:

1) Collection of data and drawings from clients and designers for Estimation and Tender documents.

2) Take out quantities from AutoCAD drawings, Making Civil, Finishing and PEB BOQ based on the scope of work, and finding rates from rate analysis.

3) Work out the Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) From structural and architectural drawings provided by the client.

4) Maintaining drawing register and coordination with the site team.

5) Certification of contractor bills.

Project: Residential High storey building

Role and Responsibilities:

1) Collection of data and drawings.

2) Estimation of quantities and Bar Bending Schedule.

3) Tracking of project in FarVision Software.

4) Site visits and coordination with site teams.

Projects: Residential standalone buildings

Role and Responsibilities:

1) Take out quantities and Bar Bending Schedule by drawings provided by clients.

2) Coordination with site teams and Audit report-making.

3) Site visits.
