Timely escalation in projects is essential to overcome the situation before it gets worse. Attending TC's and maintaining the instant written record (MOM). Provide regular updates to the team and management on work performed, plans, budget, and overall status.

As a project associate, I worked for procurement and service management, coordinating the cycle time for the procurement of machinery parts and updating visibility and follow-up. Create a purchase request (PR) follow-up on the PR until material delivery. Shipment document preparation, coordination until delivery. Keep track of the budget spent. Define and monitor the baseline with respect to project spend. Hands-on experience in inventory management systems, order management systems, customer record management systems, and the order entry process.
