  • Pick and Place Machine Model (Under the Guidance of Mr. Aatmling Narayanpure)
  • Key Skills: SolidWorks Assembly, Standard and Advance Mates Pick-and-place machines use a robotic arm, also known as a pick-and-place head, to pick up components from supply trays or feeders and place them onto designated locations on the PCB. Since these machines can place thousands of components per hour with high accuracy and precision, they are an essential tool in modern electronics assembly, particularly in the production of smartphones, laptops, and other such devices. The Assembly of the Spreader tool was performed in SolidWorks with the help of Standard and Advance Mates.


  • Excavator Toy: (Under the Guidance of Mr. Aatmling Narayanpure)
  • Key Skills: SolidWorks Assembly, Standard and Advance Mates Excavators are heavy construction equipment consisting of a boom, arm, bucket, and cab on a rotating superstructure atop an undercarriage with tracks or wheels. These machines are used mainly for digging purposes as well as various lifting and carrying tasks in various applications. The Assembly of the Spreader tool was performed in SolidWorks with the help of Standard and Advance Mates.


  • Automated Pothole Detection System ( BE PROJECT )
  • Developed system using Arduino UNO and Ultrasonic sensors. Enhanced road safety by providing drivers with real-time alerts about potholes, reducing accident risks.

   - Features :  Detection of potholes within 2.5 meters of range .

   -Implementing IOT to store data recorded by sensors to over the  cloud.
