· Planning dispatch vehicles as per the load and aligning the vehicles as per the load capacity with the help of Fleet team and dispatching the vehicles on time.

· Managing Inventory and Inbound end to end operation with end of the day Zero Put-away pendency.

· Looking after Master transactions GRN, GDN, PRN

· Focus on daily Fill rate, write- off, Undelivered, Write offs Regionally.

· Monitor Day wise Write off /Shrinkage booking.

· Monitor near expiry articles and get on time liquidating from BNM team of DC.

· Providing and Monitoring reports to Central team

· Arrange transportation of packed consignment communicating with freight agency either Air or Sea shipment.

· Support to cross functional team of Purchasing, Quality, Store & Engineering Department.

· Resolving the customers’ claims like short dispatches, Material Damage during transportation etc.

· Co-originating annual warehouse Inventory Counting.

· Inventory analysis with respect to parts movement & value and identifying obsolete inventory for scrapping action.

· Physical parts picking & packaging coordination with 3PL (warehouse)
