Description: FATCA reporting is to fight tax evasion and ensure strict adherence to tax rules. Its main objective is to identify and prevent offshore tax avoidance by US citizens or residents. In short, it is an attempt to track US persons earning from overseas investments and stash assets in other countries.

Common Reporting Standard (CRS) mandates financial institutions across countries to provide respective tax authorities information about their citizens and their wealth overseas.

Project Name: Basel Management Report System.

Client: Credit Suisse.

Description: Basel III is a 2009 international regulatory accord that introduced a set of reforms designed to mitigate risk within the international banking sector by requiring banks to maintain proper leverage ratios and keep certain levels of reserve capital on hand.

In accordance with the above-mentioned guidelines, the application provides a comprehensive view of the financial reports generated across the various units to facilitate easy identification of key aspects such as Expected Loss, Market Risk, Operational Risk, Capital Requirements etc.

Analysis and Design for all BMR application (BSINP,RWA,EMAR and CDMCH) and reporting system.

Project Name: Mentis Implementation for Credit Suisse. Client: Credit Suisse.

Role: Team Lead.

As per the guidelines of the Federal Data Protection Act (DPA) and the Data Protection Ordinance (DPO) in Switzerland, the private data cannot travel across Swiss boundary without adequate level of data protection. The sensitive data needs to be masked to ensure its privacy. Mentis is a web- based application which performs the discovery, masking and monitoring of sensitive data without having direct access of the data.

Project Name: Policy Processing for Health Insurance Client: Bajaj Allianz General Life Insurance Co. Ltd.

Location: Pune

Role: Oracle PL SQL Programmer & Java Developer.

The system is titled Policy Processing For Health Insurance is developed for Bajaj Allianz General Insurance Co used to process policy which involves generate contract for health products capture basic details, product level validation, calculation of premium and policy issuance.
