- Managed on-boarding of customer in SAP & LAMS on the basis of customer documents and sanction details

- Managing capitalisation activity issuing LSS and sharing it with respective RMs
- Reconciliation of all the document as per PO and Disbursement and verify for all the parameters as per GST requirement in Vendor Tax invoices & Invoice entry in system

- Ensure all the documents as per process are properly filed and PDD files are despatched with 30 days of Capitalisation
Banking Operations (May,2023- Jan,2024)
- Simplifying the procedure for opening an escrow account in every vertical by coordinating with RMs and resolving queries
- Ensure same-day processing of escrow transactions of TCL & TCHFL subject to applicable banking cut-off times
- Liaising with Sales, Operations, Credit teams, and banking partners to resolve account opening issues and ensure seamless business continuity
- Providing support to minimize the number of open entries in the reconciliation process for TCHFL
- Managing team members by assigning separate responsibilities for account opening and transaction processing to ensure smooth workflow
- Monitoring BOT performance and leveraging BOT to reduce manual intervention,further involving it in better utilisation as well
