Payment Service HUB - Digital Payments Solution for Banks

PSH is a payment processor which processes payments end to end including File parsing, Payment validation, FX, Sanctions, Credit Check & Disbursement. It also handles the Response processing & Reporting capabilities.

• Authored solution designs and user stories for a payment product, ensuring alignment with business requirements and facilitating seamless collaboration between development and QA teams.
• Executed canonical data mapping for a payment product based on ISO 20022 standards, ensuring consistent data structure across systems and facilitating efficient integration with financial institutions and third-party services
• Prepared Business Requirement Documents (BRD) and Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and conducted walkthrough sessions with stakeholders to gather feedback, ensure alignment, and drive consensus on requirements
• Hands-on experience working with ISO 20022 message formats including Pain.001, Pain.002, Pacs.008, Pacs.002, Pacs.009 COV, Camt.053, and Camt.054 for payment processing
• Contributed to the development of 'Payment Rail Configurator' — a transformative tool that streamlined the integration of new payment rails into the Payment Hub (PSH), enhancing scalability and reducing onboarding time for new payment networks
• Promoted within 2 years in recognition of consistent performance and contribution
• Received 2 Spot Awards for excellence in client demonstrations and contributions to iLearn knowledge-sharing initiatives

• As a business analyst I work with stakeholders to understand the requirements and provide business solutions in terms of IT products / Applications
• Xceptor SME - Design and Develop solutions to automate business requirements from Clients such as JP Morgan, HSBC, etc
• Xceptor migration from V 3 to Latest Version 4.6
• I Was a key member of the team to understand the requirement, UAT Testing, and discussion with stakeholders

• INEFT Financial Application: iNEFT is the middleware application which will be used for processing of outward and inward NEFT transaction through the new Montran GPS system
• IRTGS Financial Application: iRTGS is the middleware application which will be used for processing of outward and inward RTGS transaction through the new Montran GPS system
• ICSP Financial Application: This application is used to credit salaries for the employees of corporate customers of ICICI Bank Ltd
• Audit Related Points: Resolving web application security life cycle (ASLC) points of icsp, ineft, irtgs application
