I have a hard drive and passion for anything I set my mind to. People around me might have more experience, but I will work harder than anyone to create talent and pursue bettering the industry I work for. I am sporadic but very active in my thoughts in a way that I think creates less room for error in my work, for example in my workplace depending on the level of skill my team has; I have to be able to determine their positions and potential rotations in the event we get into a bind. I have an initial plan already laid out and how to adjust based off a lack of performance in any given area to continue operations smoothly. . I have a deep passion for helping people, and owning a business in the engineering field that sets out to accomplish that is where I want to be in my future.
