  • Internally BP users receive the query in the tool live chat & get resolve all the vendor queries
  • To raise technical issues via ServiceNow (Snow ticket)
  • New vendor creation via raising ticket to vendor master data with all the supporting mandatory documents receives from vendor like vendor creation form, banking letter head etc
  • Handling remittance related query, expedite payment query, payment term change query & payment date of invoices etc
