I have graduated from the Asian Institute of Gaming and Animation. Have spent more than 20 years working in the field of Animation, Gaming and XR. These years have been spread over in some of the top most Studios and Animation institutes like Pixeltek, MPC,Here Technologies, Polyphonic Technologies, Intuit Ecole Lab,MAAC and Frameboxx Animation and Visual effects. Worked on iRacing, one of the most hyper realistic racing simulation games managing the asset team, Have worked at HERE Maps, as a Senior Map Modeler, further worked on superhero Movies with Moving Pictures Company leading the asset team .Associated with a indie game IP Yodh as a Project Manager and Technical director.
Currently I am associated with Polyphonic technologies as a Technical Director with a vision to support Indian Film and TV industry and to direct the organization in the new technical era of Meta verse , Games, Unreal Engine and Virtual production.
At polyphonic Technologies i am one of stake holders and leading the with technical direction.
My Key responsibilities are to ensure technical deliveries with quality benchmarks in the given deadlines I am also responsible for hiring new talents and looking after the training to ensure right productivity from the team.
I am proud to setup a dedicated vertical focused on Unreal engine. With the focus to serve the upcoming Games,Films,XR and Metaverse market. The team has successfully contributed with few of international and domestic projects like Iracing,Yodh,Temple legends,Vadnagar,Adipurush,and many more.
I have also contributed in creating one of the first Virtual production facility for education with Aptech.
I was associated with Illusion reality / Contiloe Films as a Technical Lead with a vision to support Indian Film and TV industry and to direct the organization in the new technical era of Metaverse , Games, Unreal Engine and Virtual production.
At the organization i was responsible for training, troubleshooting and supporting the team to set up workflow, Talent accusations, Creating prototypes.
It was a pleasure working with this organization as i was able to explore new avenues of Virtual production with unreal engine, ICVFX, Virtual Reality with Oculus and HTC Vive, Mixed Reality with Hololens2, Camera tracking systems with HTC Mars, Stype Redspy, NCam,Motion Capture workflow with Xsens and Face capture with Faceware.
As a general manager at Frameboxx, my key responsibility is to control the quality of 18 centers across India. Followed by providing faculties and caring out required training for the same. I am involved in researching and implementing upcoming industry standard software and hardware and include them in the curriculum. I take the credit for successfully developing and deploying the MPAVG program along with implementing programs in Game Art, Metaverse, Augmented reality, and Virtual reality at Frameboxx. Handling technical operations, co-ordinations, and Conducting Master Classes are a few of the responsibilities I also perform apart from academics.
At Frameboxx i got the opportunity to connect with the Talent pool, Where i am able to suffice the right man power needed with the current industry needs.
I was Deeply involved in streamlining the pipeline and ironing out kinks. Training and Asset Development sessions for the workforce and also conducting training sessions for the 3D Asset and Look development team by creating and modifying internal LMS.
At Here maps, I was working as a senior map modeler creating 3d assets for an interactive 3d map. I was also a part of the R and D department where we researched how Unreal engine, Augmented reality and Virtual Reality can benefit mapping industry.
Pixeltek was my first exposure as an artist in the game industry. here I got the opportunity to work with game titles like I-racing where I was involved in making High quality game assets. I also worked on a few simulation projects for Bharat Forge and Mahindra.
This was the the organization where i got my self familiar with unreal engine as the game was developed and is still delivered on Unreal engine.

Yodh The Falling Start:
I am Currently associated with this projects. It started with a hobby project until as a small demo with locomotion and a level whitebox sooner to realize the potential by the stack holders at polyphonic technologies. With all the initial documents we where able to enroll for the Sony Global partnership program. The project is bifurcated in multiple parts starting with creation of the Vertical slice which is currently in-process. My Key role on Yodh started with:
1. Developing an Elevator pitch and a demo to convince and raise funds this was achieved with a 6 member team under my leadership.
2. To develop an in-house team in departments of Ideation,Preproduction, Production,Development and QA.
3. To ensure created milestone to meet the overall deadline.
4. Create workflows and Pipelines for Art and development team.
5. To help create financial plans and projections.
6. Co-ordinate with production team to set the production deadlines.
I have been involved in some of the major technical aspects like:
1. Creatine process's for Asset Creation considering optimizations.
2. Meta Humans workflows to create custom characters using Meta human workflow.
3. Level designing tools in Unreal engine to help the art and develop.
4. To set up a version controlling workflow using perforce.
Wonders of the world:
Details of the project was to create a digital museum which includes 7 wonders of the world. I was heading the project at Here Technologies .The Project was executed by a team of 7 members. My Key Responsibility was to Create Assets. Keep the Quality Check and Assemble the projects In Unreal Engine with Interaction. The Project was executed in 30 days. Wonders of the world
Range rover Metaverse:
This project was a POC for Range Rover. The Project was to create a space where Range Rover Cars could be showcased over a digital platform. My responsibility was to Create Assets Using various 3D software's Like 3Ds Max, Maya, Substance Painter and designer. Finally Creating Assembling the digital world in Unreal Engine and creating Interactivity using Blueprints. Range rover Metaverse

I have been also working on film project where my Key responsibility was to create Environments in Unreal Engine 5.
